I have dedicated over a decade to improving mental health and well-being throughout New York. In May 2017, I earned a Bachelor of Arts and Letters in Public Communication from SUNY Buffalo State College. I volunteered as a Peer Advocate in the Western New York community for years until moving back to Brooklyn. Since 2018, my focus shifted to educating, advocating for, and assisting individuals with developmental and intellectual challenges to help them exercise independence, make life choices, and develop responsibility.

I have achieved a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work. During my studies, I familiarized myself with therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Somatic Experience (SE).

As an eclectic psychotherapist (LMSW), EMDRIA-Trained EMDR practitioner, and level 1 IFS clinician, I work with clients who are suffering from complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD), Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID),  attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), gender and/or sexuality issues (LGBTQIA+).
