Registration is not complete until the deposit is received. Failure to remit payments by the dates above may result in cancellation of participation.

Emergency medical insurance is included. Travel and cancellation insurance are not included.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before September 15, 2026: payments will be refunded less a non-refundable amount equal to 30% of the total trip price.

Cancellations on or after September 15, 2026: no refunds will be issued, and participant is responsible for the full trip cost.

Security, war-related, and force majeure cancellation terms are governed by the full registration agreement.

Failure to log in or out will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire course. No exceptions will be made. Partial credit is not available. Refund Policy:
On or before August 16, 2026: Refund of all payments, less $800 (the non-refundable portion of the deposit). On or after Sept 17, 2026: No refunds will be issued; the participant is responsible for the full program cost.
