Any change or beginning has to start with a small step in order to be successful. At the same time, it is important to have an end goal in sight. End goals constantly change based on many factors. Choosing to take steps to benefit yourself will help determine what to do next. A good starting place is putting yourself in a positive frame of mind which will change your attitude towards your day, even if you can’t change what is happening around you. Something that can seem so insignificant but in actuality effect the giver and receiver very much is complimenting. Giving makes you feel positive towards others and yourself.
